Summer 2001 Programme of Meetings

City Observatory, Calton Hill, Edinburgh EH7 5AA

Ordinary meetings take place at 8pm (Civil Time) in the City Dome of the City Observatory (usually on the first Friday of the month). The Observatory is open to the public most other Friday evenings from 8pm to 10pm.

Any changes to our meeting arrangements will be put on our website http://www.roe.ac.uk/asewww/ and on the answering machine at the observatory (556 4365).

The Astrophotography and Imaging Group meets on the Monday following the Ordinary Meeting at 8pm: April 2nd, May 7th, June 4th, July 9nd, August 6th, and September 10th.

The British Astronomical Association's Aurora Section will be holding an all-day a meeting at the Observatory on Saturday 8th September. A Programme of speakers is now available.
